Holiday Happenings 10/16/11

I set up a booth this past Sunday at the Holiday Happenings show in Elk Grove, Illinois.
I LOVed my shop!!!

This was my first time doing a booth all on my own.  I had knots in my stomach
as I drove to get there.

I worked so hard this weekend getting everything ready.  Lost A LOT of sleep.  Have to admit I was impressed with my work.  I think that's a good thing, right?  Especially for the girl who always thinks they've failed...

This show I could only sell handmade items.  Pressure was on!

First up to bat were my cake stands, which are not only about desserts.
They can be used for decor.   Pretty place for your jewelery.  Soap holder, etc.

Mason jar lanterns were a hit!

LOVely fall themed bunting.

Wood art.  LOVe!

My personal fav.  Chicken wire message boards.

I have another show coming up in a few weeks,  I will share the deets soon!!!

Make sure to save the dates November 5th and 6th!!!
Now go have a LOVely day!!!

  1. I just popped over from Life Made Lovely...actually your post about the old trunk {fabulous, by the way!}. I actually used to live in Elk Grove Village many years ago. Now I'm settled out in Colorado, but it was fun to hear a mention of my old home town. Love your blog!
