In Love With: Schoolhouse Lights

Are you in LOVe with schoolhouse lights as much as me?

I discovered this LOVe when we bought the bungalow and were updating items throughout.

One thing that went?  Old, dull lights of course!!!

Check it out!

I LOVe the oil rubbed bronze fixture.  I LOVe the hand painted shade.

LOVe! LOVe!  LOVe!

This one hangs in the kitchen and fits in with the room so well.

It comes from Schoolhouse Electric.

We have a second in our front hallway.  Here is what it looks like from the Schoolhouse Electric website.

Wish my front hallway looked this nice...

The light looks great, though, and we have coved ceilings too so it does have a similar feel.  Next time you come by make sure to look up :)

Schoolhouse Electric has so many inspiring pieces in their catalog.  They had me at hello.  Ha!

Here are more of my fav's.  I LOVe the rooms too!  For sure my personal style and how I dream the bungalow will look someday.

OK is this kitchen not to die for?  The lights add so much character and I LOVe how the color picks up on the wall color.

Nice right?  These fixtures can fit in any room.

For more ideas you have to check out the Schoolhouse Electric catalog.

They have so many different fixtures and it's great that the fixtures and shades all can be mixed and matched.  Oh and made in the USA!

Now Schoolhouse Electric by no means is the only company that sells schoolhouse lights.  You can find them from other retailers.  Lowes carries fixtures but the quality is much different.  Perfect for the price conscious shopper.  We have one from Lowes and it's been just fine.

LOVely, huh?

  1. I really like these lights! They are so simple but really make the room look nice!

  2. Those lights are really cool!!!

Thanks for your comment. Have a LOVely day!!!
